Certification Course available for Nursery & Landscape Professionals

This year WSU Extension is partnering with the Marine Resources Committee to make WSU Master Gardener training available to up to ten landscape professionals in the county. Mary Knackstedt, MRC Coordinator says that the goal of the project is to provide training resources to “landscapers, nurseries and golf course managers to help them adopt practices that reduce pollutants and runoff…and recognize businesses that are following these practices” and in turn boost consumer demand for sustainable products and services.MORE INFORMATION
